Job summary

Veeam Software seeks a Senior Digital Experience Research Analyst to lead research, analytics, experimentation, and optimization for its global web presence. You will own the full research lifecycle from discovery to optimization, translating data into executive-ready narratives and partnering with marketing, technology, and design teams.

You’ll work autonomously, influence strategy at the executive level, and build scalable research documentation to keep findings accessible across teams.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of experience in user research, digital experience, conversion optimization, or related field.
• Proven experience defining and leading research strategy and programs.
• Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics, and with Adobe Target for personalization and testing.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the user research strategy and roadmap across teams.
• Lead qualitative and quantitative research initiatives including interviews, surveys, and testing.
• Analyze behavioral data and feedback to uncover insights that shape product and design decisions.
• Define and evolve the web measurement strategy and reporting through dashboards and executive presentations.
• Own the experimentation program including A/B and multivariate testing with cross-functional teams.
• Craft data stories that translate evidence into actionable narratives for executives.
