Job summary

LeadVenture is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Enterprise Analytics to design, implement, and oversee a state-of-the-art digital analytics program across multiple web platforms. You will drive data collection, tagging, and data integration with stakeholders across Marketing, IT, and operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of JavaScript, HTML, CSS experience on websites and SPAs.
• 3+ years of digital analytics and tool administration experience (GA, Piwik).
• 3+ years of experience with a Tag Management Platform (GTM, DTM, Tealium).
• Experience with data layer concepts, data modeling & governance in analytics.
• Experience with jQuery, regex, and HTML/CSS selectors.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Work as an active participant on a full-time remote agile team.
• Become a go-to SME regarding tracking and analytics tooling.
• Design, build, test, monitor, and QA of our Web data layer and tags/pixels.
• Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and IT for tracking implementation.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into analytics insights for stakeholders.
• Map core tracking to third-party agencies and data sources.
• Troubleshoot tagging issues to improve reporting accuracy.
• Maintain Tag Management platform and related releases.
• Coach and guide the development team to align with analytics design.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure system architecture meets expectations.
