Partner Company is seeking an Executive Director, Analytics Engineering based in the United States. This senior role will shape analytics foundations at enterprise scale and enable data-driven decisions across multiple business domains.

You will establish standards, frameworks, and capabilities to make analytics trusted, repeatable, and reusable while balancing strategic design with pragmatic execution. Fully remote in the U.S. is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field.
• 10+ years in data and analytics; proven scalable systems.
• Experience establishing analytics standards and governance.
• Cross-functional experience in complex regulated environments.
• Experience with analytics engineering and scalable solutions.
• Strong end-to-end data lifecycle understanding.

Responsibilities

• Establish enterprise analytics rigor, standards, and validation protocols.
• Define metrics, reporting frameworks, and analytical standards.
• Build analytics engineering as a core discipline with reusable pipelines.
• Develop scalable capabilities transferable across use cases.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Medical, Market Access and other functions.
• Translate complex analytics concepts into clear recommendations for all audiences.
• Balance strategic design with hands-on execution and delivery.
• Improve analytics lifecycle from data ingestion to business decisions.
