Doxim is seeking a Senior Vice President, Product to transform its enterprise product strategy, portfolio, and organization in response to regulatory shifts and evolving consumer habits.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this leader will guide Product Directors and Managers, translating market insights into focused investments, disciplined execution, stronger business performance, and sustained customer value for North America and beyond.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a high-performing product organization.
• Define enterprise product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap.
• Direct product management activities to support ARR, revenue and EBITDA goals.
• Balance growth, retention, and customer value with risk and technical sustainability.
• Set and track product KPIs and drive accountability across leadership.
• Establish product operating model, policies, and processes across discovery to launch.
