Highwire is seeking a Senior Vice President, Health to lead strategic health PR initiatives, drive client growth, and mentor account teams within a high-performing agency. This executive role focuses on delivering measurable outcomes for life sciences, biotech, pharma, and digital health clients.

The SVP will nurture senior client relationships, oversee budgets and profitability, and advance multi-channel campaigns across traditional PR, digital, and health influencer strategies.

Qualifications

• 13+ years in communications with health PR focus.
• 5+ years in an executive leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage large, multi-stakeholder accounts in health/science environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior strategic counsel for clients with account revenue oversight.
• Develop and execute innovative, results-driven health communications strategies.
• Build relationships with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.
• Lead Key Opinion Leader engagement for credibility and disease awareness.
• Oversee patient-centric campaigns and health equity narratives.
• Navigate FDA/regulatory communications with sound judgment.
• Lead new business development and pitches for growth.
• Collaborate with integrated teams for multi-channel campaigns.
• Translate clinical data into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
