Job summary

Avalere Health is seeking a senior client services leader in the United States to guide the client services team through strategic and tactical activities from campaign inception to completion.

The role requires pharma agency experience, proven brand launch success, and at least seven years in high-volume client services. You will mentor staff, manage timelines and budgets, and collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or equivalent.
• Pharma agency experience required.
• Brand launch experience required.
• 7+ years client services experience within a high volume advertising agency.
• Must be self-motivated, professional, detail oriented, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working under pressure within tight deadlines.
• Advanced PC experience with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between the client and client services team to ensure brand strategy is communicated effectively.
• Develop relationships and manage key opinion leaders for campaigns.
• Understand the client’s brand, therapeutic area and objectives.
• Bridge brand and creative strategy through independent judgment.
• Lead day-to-day client service operations within budget and timelines.
• Anticipate client needs and make proactive recommendations.
• Oversee multiple projects with high quality and on schedule.
• Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports.
