S&P Global Market Intelligence is seeking a Senior Analyst to perform ASC 820 valuations for Venture Capital and Private Equity clients across the US and APAC. You will lead engagements, manage data gathering, and train onboarding teams on valuation platforms.

The role emphasizes collaboration, accuracy, and continuous learning within a close-knit team that values problem solving and professional growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ASC 820 experience.
• Strong understanding of private markets valuation methodologies (Black-Scholes OPM).
• Advanced Excel, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform portfolio valuations for VC/PE funds and early-stage companies with complex capital structures in accordance with Fair Value standards.
• Lead client engagements, data gathering, timelines, deliverables, and audit support.
• Set up valuations for new clients and lead onboarding trainings on platform usage.
• Collaborate with Engagement and Support teams to address client inquiries.
• Contribute to the design and enhancement of proprietary valuation models and software.
