S&P Global Market Intelligence's Private Markets Valuation Services team seeks a Senior Analyst to deliver valuation services for VC/PE clients across the US and APAC. You will perform ASC 820 valuations for fair value reporting within a collaborative, growth-minded group.

You will gather data from clients, manage timelines, onboarding, train on platform usage, and respond to client inquiries; you will also contribute to modeling and platform enhancements as part of a dynamic, cross-functional

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather data, manage timelines, deliverables, and audit support.
• Set up valuations for new clients and lead training on platform use; assist onboarding.
• Work with Client Engagement and Support to respond to client inquiries.
• Contribute to the design and enhancement of proprietary valuation models and software.

Within the Private Markets division, the Valuation Services team islooking foraSeniorAnalyst tomake an immediate impact ondeliveringvaluation services and supporttoseveralVenture Capital/Private Equity clients spread across the US and APAC regions. The analyst will be working on ASC 820 valuations for fair value reportingwithina close-knit team that values collaboration, problem-solving,and continuous learning.

Responsibilities and Impact:

• Perform portfolio valuations for VC/PE funds and business valuations of early-stage venture-backed companies with complex capital structures, adheringto all AICPA standardspertaining toFair Value
• Work directly with clients gatheringand reviewing ofunderlying source data, project management, communication around timelines and deliverables, and audit support
• Setupvaluations fornew clients as part of the onboarding processand lead training sessions on how to use the platform;assistthe Implementation team with interpretation of financial and legal documents usedin onboarding
• Work withthe ClientEngagement and Support teamstorespondtoclient requests andresolveinquiries
• Contribute to the design and enhancement of the proprietary models and software platforms used to perform valuations

Compensation/Benefits Information:

S&P Globalstatesthat theanticipatedbase salary range for this position is $55,000 to $70,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training,licensesand certifications. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is eligible to receiveadditionalS&P Global benefits. Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• Strongunderstanding of private markets valuation methodologies, including Black-Scholes OPM,with the ability to perform valuations for VC/PE portfolios and early-stage companies with complex capital structures
