Job summary

Valuation Research Corporation (VRC) is seeking a finance professional to perform complex valuation assignments including purchase price allocations, impairment testing, and stock compensation. You will build models, perform market research, manage projects, and guide analysts while delivering high-quality, client-ready deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• CFA or ASA/ABV designation is a plus (or progress toward such).
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Build, modify, and utilize financial models (DCF, market multiples, and asset valuation methods).
• Conduct research on clients, competitors, industries, and capital markets.
• Manage basic projects from start to finish and deliver client-ready results.
• Direct and train analyst staff in data gathering, analysis and models.
• Build ongoing relationships with clients as part of engagements.
