Key duties include managing client data, timelines, and audit support, onboarding new clients, and training users on the platform while contributing to proprietary valuation models and tools.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform VC/PE valuations and early-stage company valuations with complex capital structures, adhering to ASC 820 and AICPA standards.
• Collaborate with clients to collect data, manage timelines, and support audit needs.
• Set up new client valuations and train users on valuation platform.
• Assist implementation with financial/legal document interpretation and onboarding.
• Contribute to model and software platform enhancements used for valuations.
