S&P Global Market Intelligence's Private Markets Valuation Services team seeks a Senior Analyst to deliver valuation services for VC/PE clients across the US and APAC. You will perform ASC 820 valuations for fair value reporting within a collaborative, growth-minded group.

You will gather data from clients, manage timelines, onboarding, train on platform usage, and respond to client inquiries; you will also contribute to modeling and platform enhancements as part of a dynamic, cross-functional

Qualifications

Experience in a client-facing role.
Experience in the financial industry.
Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication with attention to detail.
Ability to work under strict deadlines in a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

Perform portfolio valuations for VC/PE funds and valuations of early-stage ventures with complex capital structures per AICPA standards.
Collaborate with clients to gather data, manage timelines, deliverables, and audit support.
Set up valuations for new clients and lead training on platform use; assist onboarding.
Work with Client Engagement and Support to respond to client inquiries.
Contribute to the design and enhancement of proprietary valuation models and software.
