Medina Talent Group seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic innovation and R&D technology initiatives within a large, regulated utility environment. You will drive 1–2 concurrent enterprise projects from concept to delivery, ensuring clear scope, disciplined financial management, and measurable business outcomes.

You will translate emerging technology ideas into structured, executable plans while maintaining governance, stakeholder alignment, and financial oversight.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT Project or Program Management experience.
• Demonstrated ownership of enterprise-scale SaaS and/or infrastructure initiatives.
• Strong financial acumen (forecasting, variance management, change control).
• Exceptional communication skills across executive and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end project leadership from concept through delivery.
• Create detailed project plans, milestones, and execution roadmaps.
• Budget planning, forecasting, and financial reporting."
• Executive-ready status reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Risk identification, mitigation planning, and blocker resolution.
• Cross-functional coordination across business, architecture, cybersecurity, and delivery teams.
