Veolia is seeking a Senior Application Engineer for the MicroElectronics Applications Engineering Team in North America. This role focuses on designing Ultra Pure Water treatment solutions and serving as the primary technical contact for clients.

You will lead bid lifecycle activities from lead qualification to contract handover, collaborating with a global cross-functional team. The position emphasizes strong customer relationships, technical sales, and project leadership, with up to 20%

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in chemical/mechanical engineering or related discipline.
• Proven expertise in ultra pure water treatment technologies.
• Experience with bid/proposal development with strong technical and commercial analysis skills.
• Track record in customer-facing technical sales or engineering roles.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Lead bid strategy development with Sales, qualifying opportunities and organizing resources to meet submission deadlines.
• Translate customer requirements into Veolia solutions, optimizing competitive positioning and value delivery.
• Collaborate with Process Engineering to design flowsheet processes for complex water treatment challenges.
• Develop technical documentation, including P&IDs and proposals communicating solution advantages.
• Manage cost estimation by partnering with Sourcing to obtain quotes and finalize pricing.
• Drive proposal development by leading meetings, reviews, and cross-functional coordination.
• Establish project timelines and prioritize deliverables while maintaining quality and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with internal bid development procedures, tracking, and forecasting.
