Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Typically, more than eight years of civil litigation experience in property and casualty insurance defense or subrogation.
• Active license in the state of practice and strong trial advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead cases or work as part of a team with strong trial advocacy abilities.
• Manage case load with optimized case management and proactive communication with clients and claims partners.
• Utilize technology and collaborate with staff to ensure efficient litigation workflows.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, rules, and procedures across jurisdictions.
• Mentor junior attorneys and staff, providing guidance and modeling professional behavior.
• Develop and expand referral opportunities within the organization.
