Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication; leadership and mentorship abilities.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates trial advocacy skills as lead counsel or team member.
• Minimal managerial oversight from Senior Trial Attorney and NTD Leadership.
• Utilizes technology and collaborates with staff for efficient case management.
• Keeps up with changes in law, local rules, and tech affecting liability and recovery strategies.
• Mentors junior attorneys and NTD staff, modeling engagement and collaboration.
