Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license in the state where the position is located.
• Typically 8+ years of relevant civil litigation experience in property and casualty insurance defense or subrogation.

Responsibilities

• Lead or work as part of a team on complex civil litigation matters.
• Manage case volumes with a proactive, organized approach.
• Mentor junior attorneys and staff; collaborate with claims partners.
