Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative within the Treasury Management Card Technology organization. Based anywhere in the PNC footprint, with potential remote work in select locations. Mon-Fri 11:00 am–8:00 pm ET; in-office may be required occasionally. No visa sponsorship provided.

The role focuses on advanced customer service for specialized products, resolving complex inquiries, and coaching teammates to maintain high satisfaction and quality.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associates degree or equivalent experience with related product knowledge.
• Typically 3+ years of experience; in lieu of degree, a combination of education, certifications and experience may be considered.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle complex customer inquiries.
