PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Treasury / Funds Transfer Analyst within the Wire Administration team. The role is based remotely in select western states, with a fixed schedule from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST.

Candidates should have experience with research, organization, cross-functional collaboration, and handling inbound calls from internal service partners. Remote work may be approved in certain locations; in-office participation could be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• Experience in reconciliation and processing activities with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with financial controls and risk management practices.
• Ability to work with cross-functional partners and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Executes funds transfers using multiple platforms under supervision.
• Initiates manual transactions, resolves routine exceptions, and provides approvals.
• Performs high-level reconciliation and investigates exceptions.
• Monitors live transactions and addresses processing policy exceptions.
• Ensures compliance with control frameworks and regulatory reporting.
• Participates in basic change management and regression testing.
