Job summary

This remote role requires periodic travel for client calls and occasional in-office meetings based on business needs. The position emphasizes coaching, leadership development, and strategic execution to deliver sustainable outcomes for high-profile clients.

Qualifications

• Roles at this level require a university / college degree.
• Industry experience is typically 8+ years.
• At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required.

Responsibilities

• Manages the overall client experience and outcomes to build and maintain long-lasting relationships. Monitors client contract for compliance and participates in the negotiations of base contract and contract modifications.
• Monitors and oversees all activities related to the identification and development of new servicing opportunities with existing clients to build and maintain a long-lasting relationship.
• Recommends and implements improvements and connects strategy to business outcomes to drive desired client experience. Provides reports on performance to leadership.
• Proactively identifies customization needs, and works with service partners and team to decision/implement.
• Manages, aligns, and oversees the development of the Account Management team which may include supervisors and individual contributors.
