Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Sr. Training Specialist to deliver hands-on virtual and classroom instruction for Cloud software technologies within the CommandCentral Training Delivery Team.

You will support ongoing training activities, tailor experiences for end users to system admins, and use live environments, docs, and slides to enhance the customer education experience. The role requires travel up to 50%, strong communication skills, and the ability to create comprehensive training materials

Qualifications

• Must have FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification.
• 3+ years of technical training experience preferred.
• 3+ years of public safety experience preferred.
• 1+ years of experience working with Motorola Solutions Customer Software preferred.
• 1+ years of experience working with public safety products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teaching agency customers and staff on the use and operating methods of complex software products and services.
• Conducting virtual and/or on-site training for Motorola CommandCentral and third party software integrations.
• Presenting training using Zoom, Google Meet, and Google Slides.
• Completing required reports within standards and deadlines.
• Managing communication with customers and internal stakeholders regarding schedules.
• Creating training and technical documents for products and services.
• Measuring knowledge transfer and training effectiveness.
• Operating under supervision from the CommandCentral Training Team Manager.
