Qualifications

• 3+ years in business process improvement, change management, or organizational development.

Responsibilities

• Analyze training effectiveness data and performance metrics.
• Develop learning dashboards, KPIs, and success measures.
• Evaluate processes for capability gaps and trends to propose interventions.
• Apply continuous improvement to training programs and knowledge management.
• Lead corrective actions related to training and competency development.
• Standardize best practices across Global Project Management training initiatives.
• Measure learning program impact via feedback, assessments, and metrics.
• Design onboarding and change management for strategic projects.
