Job summary

Workiva Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead cross‑departmental programs, shape product development, and drive strategic initiatives.

You will collaborate across teams, manage dependencies, deliver program reviews, and foster a culture of innovation and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.

Travel up to 10% and a discretionary bonus plus RSUs are part of the package. Remote work within the US is supported.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
4 years of project/program management or similar experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver program success across the full product development lifecycle.
Regularly gather and report on project/program metrics and feedback.
Coordinate and oversee dependencies with cross-functional teams.
Conduct regular program/project reviews with leaders and provide status updates.
Foster collaboration at all levels and build cross-functional relationships.
Determine program success and plan implementations while discontinuing unsuccessful ones.
Support a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
