You will plan, de-risk, and execute critical programs while coordinating with engineering teams and product partners to ensure financial health and timely delivery. Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in technical/information science or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in technical program management overseeing key projects with high visibility and complexity.
• Ability to drive execution across cross-functional initiatives and navigate ambiguity with clear communication.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and delivering measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong technical competency and communicate effectively with engineering teams.
• Facilitate ongoing planning sessions to align with product and technology priorities.
• Own end-to-end technical implementation programs and roadmaps for internal tooling enhancements.
• Monitor progress, surface risks, and drive course corrections with stakeholders.
• Engage with Technology, Product and Architecture leaders to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and ensure data hygiene for reporting.
