Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a Senior Tosca Automation Lead to design, develop, and scale automated testing solutions for healthcare applications using Tricentis Tosca. You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering team and collaborate with client teams, developers, testers, and Agile delivery teams to ensure high-quality software.

You will lead Tosca automation, build reusable components, manage test data, automate regression, and guide solution architecture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in test automation with Tosca
• Experience designing Tosca frameworks and providing leadership
• Hands-on API test automation with Tosca
• Healthcare testing experience and domain knowledge
• Strong communication and client interaction in Agile
• Tosca certifications such as Automation Specialist Level 1/2 or Automation Engineer Level 1
• Experience using Tosca Test Data Management and Test Data Service
• Experience configuring automation through Tosca Distributed Execution agents
• Experience with qTest and Jira
• Experience leading automation engineers and presenting execution summaries

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated Tosca scripts.
• Build reusable TestStepBlocks and maintainable test cases.
• Manage test data using Tosca TDM and Data Service.
• Automate regression tests and execute via Execution Lists and DE agents.
• Provide Tosca solution architecture guidance and lead the automation team; report results to stakeholders
