Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a Senior Tosca Automation Lead to design, develop, and scale automated testing solutions for healthcare apps. You will work within the Quality Engineering team and collaborate with stakeholders, client teams, developers, and Agile delivery teams.

The role focuses on Tosca-based automation, test data management, and distributed execution, with leadership responsibilities and direct client-facing communication.

Qualifications

• At least 10+ years of experience in test automation.
• Hands-on expertise with Tricentis Tosca.
• Experience designing Tosca automation frameworks.
• Experience API test automation with Tosca.
• Healthcare domain testing experience.
• Strong communication and client interaction skills.
• Tosca certifications such as Automation Specialist/Engineer.
• Experience with Tosca Test Data Management and Test Data Service.
• Experience configuring automation via Tosca Distributed Execution agents.
• Experience with test management tools like qTest and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated Tosca tests.
• Build reusable TestStepBlocks and maintainable test cases.
• Manage test data using Tosca TD Management and TD Service.
• Automate regression tests and run via Execution Lists and agents.
• Provide Tosca solution architecture guidance and lead the automation team.
