Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Tosca Automation Lead to design, develop, and scale automated testing solutions for healthcare applications using Tricentis Tosca. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, client teams, developers, testers, and Agile delivery teams to deliver high-quality software.

You will lead Tosca automation efforts, guide architecture decisions, and mentor engineers while coordinating with distributed teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in test automation with Tosca expertise.
• Experience designing Tosca automation frameworks and architectures.
• Hands-on API test automation using Tosca.
• Healthcare domain testing experience.
• Strong communication and client interaction in Agile.
• Tosca certifications: Automation Specialist 1/2 or Automation Engineer 1.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca.
• Build reusable TestStepBlocks and maintainable test cases from requirements.
• Manage test data with Tosca TDM and configure test cases with Tosca TDS.
• Automate regression testing and run tests via Execution Lists, events, and distributed agents.
• Provide Tosca solution architecture guidance and lead the automation team, communicating results to stakeholders.
