Job summary

Cognizant in the United States is seeking a Senior Tosca Automation Lead to design, develop, and scale automated testing solutions using Tricentis Tosca for healthcare applications, collaborating with business stakeholders, client teams, developers, testers, and Agile delivery teams.

You will lead automation, build reusable components, manage test data, and guide Tosca architecture while communicating results to client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in test automation with Tosca.
• Experience designing Tosca automation frameworks and providing solution architecture or technical leadership.
• Hands-on API test automation using Tosca.
• Healthcare-domain testing experience and understanding of healthcare processes.
• Strong communication and client-interaction skills in Agile settings.
• Tosca certifications such as Automation Specialist Level 1/2 or Automation Engineer Level 1.
• Experience using Tosca TDMS and Test Data Service.
• Experience configuring automation through Tosca Distributed Execution agents.
• Experience with test management tools like Tricentis qTest and Jira.
• Experience leading automation teams and presenting summaries to clients.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated tests with Tosca.
• Build reusable TestStepBlocks and maintainable test cases from requirements.
• Manage test data using Tosca TDMS and configure tests via TD Service.
• Automate regression tests and execute via Execution Lists and Distributed Execution agents.
• Provide Tosca solution architecture guidance and lead the automation team.
