Job summary

Total Life Inc. is seeking California-licensed clinicians to provide remote, wellness-focused therapy for 65+ clients. The role emphasizes autonomy, CBT and solution-focused methods, retirement coaching, and medication/pain management. Part-time, remote work with flexible hours across California.

Qualifications

Must hold a valid, unrestricted California state license as a Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC.
Minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical mental health experience.
Experience in medication management and pain management for geriatrics.
Experience with clients aged 65+ and understanding aging.
Provide proof of professional liability/malpractice insurance or willingness to obtain.
Active NPI; Medicare CAQH is a plus.
Available for a minimum of 10 hours per week.
Tech-savvy and able to provide care via secure teletherapy.

Responsibilities

Provide virtual individual therapy using a wellness-based model and empower autonomy.
Utilize CBT and solution-focused approaches to late-life depression and anxiety.
Retirement and identity coaching to help seniors navigate transitions.
Specialized counseling for medication adherence and chronic pain management.
