Pearson is seeking a Technology Solutions Advanced Specialist to lead complex, cross-system analysis for Pearson Professional Assessment initiatives. You will shape solution direction, mentor peers, and raise analysis standards across product, engineering, data, security, and operations teams.

As a senior business analyst, you will translate business needs into scalable, maintainable technology solutions, own requirements strategy, and drive alignment among stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5–8+ years of business analysis or technology delivery experience.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in Agile or hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analysis for complex Pearson system initiatives.
• Use AI-assisted analysis for requirement synthesis and gap detection.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and cross-functional requirement reviews.
• Translate business objectives into product/system capabilities and backlog artifacts.
• Own requirements strategy, traceability, and risk identification.
• Mentor peers and promote best practices in analysis.
