Responsibilities

• Use AI-assisted analysis for requirement synthesis, gap detection, and stakeholder alignment.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, design alignment, and cross-functional reviews.
• Translate business objectives into capabilities, data requirements, and backlog artifacts.
• Own requirements strategy, traceability, dependency analysis, and risk identification.
• Drive alignment between Product, Engineering, Architecture, CX, Data, Security, QA, and stakeholders.
• Promote maintainable, reusable, and scalable solutions and reduce technical debt.
• Develop templates, checklists, and QA-ready artifacts for requirements and user stories.
• Provide advanced data analysis to support business decisions and reporting needs.
• Mentor peers and provide domain coaching and feedback.
• Support release readiness via decisions, signoffs, and documentation.
