Job summary

Agility Robotics seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the Skill Development Team's roadmap, coordinating with Product Management and engineering leaders to execute a robust robot skills program.

You will drive cross-functional alignment, manage dependencies across Robot Software, AI Engineering, and Solutions teams, and optimize sprint processes to meet deployment timelines. This is a fully remote role with optional hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in technical program management with a rigorous focus on software engineering lifecycles within an Agile software development environment.
• Hardware-adjacent software leadership experience in robotics or similar domains.
• Advanced proficiency utilizing Jira to architect workflows, track cross-team dependencies, and manage program roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into execution by partnering with Product Management and engineering leaders to create detailed execution plans with milestones, scoping, and timelines.
• Prioritize and balance long-term technical goals with immediate commercial rollout needs.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Robot Software, AI Engineering, Solutions Engineering, and Fleet Orchestration teams.
• Improve team efficiency by implementing processes, sprint metrics, and agile ceremonies to ensure predictable delivery.
• Own the skills lifecycle from prototyping to production-ready capabilities in manipulation and perception.
• Provide transparent updates on project health, timelines, and risk mitigation to leadership.
• Travel up to 2 weeks per quarter to customer sites or offices.
