Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies seeks a Project Coordinator IV (Technical Product Operations Specialist) for a 6-month remote role. You will drive data‑driven decision making, build analytical solutions, and accelerate workflows using AI tools to improve product growth, engagement, and quality.

You will write complex SQL, create dashboards, and partner with cross‑functional teams to mitigate risks and deliver results with analytical rigor.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or technical product/program management.
• Advanced SQL skills (CTEs, window functions, joins, aggregations).
• Experience with AI agents and AI-assisted workflows.
• Expert in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets (complex formulas, documentation, automation).

Responsibilities

• Support program execution strategy for multiple products and platforms.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to collect, transform, and analyze product data.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders.
• Leverage AI agents/tools to accelerate data analysis and automate tasks.
• Identify program risks and communicate mitigation plans across cross-functional teams.
• Perform general program management to anticipate roadblocks and drive technical execution.
