Job summary

Freenome is seeking a Technical Product Manager to plan and coordinate the execution of engineering initiatives for the Commercial Data Platform and Data Products. You will gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure scalable, compliant delivery across Commercial, Laboratory, and R&D teams.

You’ll translate requirements into epics and stories, drive development with Jira, and partner with stakeholders to build a comprehensive data platform roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a technical/analytical field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in a software development environment, ideally biotech/NGS.
• Deep expertise in identifying and prioritizing software features.
• Proven ability to lead complex trade-off decisions across functions.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements and manage development processes for data platform and tools.
• Partner with stakeholders to elucidate requirements and align with regulatory standards.
• Translate requirements into epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Track progress using Jira and drive timely delivery.
• Lead cross-functional interactions to ensure user needs are met.
• Create a technical strategy and integrated roadmap for data products and pipelines.
• Provide a clear vision for scalable future development.
