Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Health Informatics, CS, or related quantitative field.
• At least 12 years in clinical informatics with EHR, claims, and other RWD.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in a matrixed org.

Responsibilities

• Lead RWD pipeline operations, apply AI tools to improve data quality and efficiency.
• Develop multi-year RWD strategy for regulatory submissions, HEOR, and commercial use.
• Architect and maintain scalable RWD platform capable of ingesting diverse data types.
• Guide data analyses to support product strategy and regulatory objectives.
• Collaborate across clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams to meet end-user needs.
