Job summary

Index Analytics is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to own the requirements lifecycle from intake through implementation. You will gather, analyze, document, validate, and trace requirements, while collaborating with federal stakeholders and statisticians to deliver data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• US citizen or Authorized to Work and able to obtain federal clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree required in information systems, business, or related field.
• Minimum seven years in business analysis, program support, stakeholder engagement, or federal contracting.
• Experience translating requirements into actionable plans, user stories, and docs.
• Experience facilitating meetings with diverse stakeholders and driving follow-up actions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand objectives and process requirements.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate technical requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and SDLC artifacts.
• Work with developers and statisticians throughout the lifecycle.
• Participate in system testing, UAT, defect review, and release activities.
• Own the product backlog and lead delivery and release planning.
• Create process maps, data flows, use cases, wireframes, and system docs.
• Support production issues and post-implementation analysis.
• Identify risks and impacts of proposed changes.
