Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a business or systems analyst on IT systems development projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience with Agile Scrum methodology.
• Experience facilitating business requirements gathering and definition.
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working on consulting engagements with direct customer facing interaction.
• Takes initiative and owns the requirements process.
• Organized and detail oriented with ability to track requirements across channels.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• US Citizenship.
• Active federal government public trust clearance.

Job description

The Senior Business Analyst will work directly with the client project stakeholders and perform activities such as identifying and modeling process requirements, creating user stories from business requirements, identifying and modeling data requirements, defining business rules, and being the primary functional liaison to the technical development team. The successful candidate is proactive, can work with customers and the development team with minimal oversight and direction, and is organized and detail-oriented.

The projected compensation range for this position is $115K to $140K (annualized USD). The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal pay equity, location, contract-specific affordability and other organizational requirements.

Required Skills

• At least 8years of experience as a business or systems analyst on IT systems development projects
• Bachelors degree or equivalent.
• Experience working under an Agile Scrum methodology
• Experience facilitating business requirements gathering and definition
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Experience working on consulting engagements with direct customer facing interaction
