Job summary

Dragos, Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join the Network Collections team. You will build a high-performance, minimal-footprint network sensor for OT environments and guide its deployment from design through support.

You will apply deep system-level knowledge, collaborate across teams, and stay current with evolving technologies to ensure reliable operation in varied infrastructure landscapes. This remote-first role supports North America and international teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in system design, build, and integration.
• Experience in cybersecurity and OT/ICS environments.
• Extensive Linux packaging and building from source.

Responsibilities

• Design lightweight, efficient workflows to build artifacts and deliver reliable products.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure cohesive solutions and follow Dragos standards.
• Apply systems engineering principles across SDLC phases: Concept to Support.
• Support deployments and incident response when needed.
• Plan and guide deployment, resources, testing, and documentation.
• Ensure maintainability and post-deployment stability of product.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices.
