Job summary

Accenture is seeking a remote specialist with strong Amazon Connect and AWS Lambda experience to define requirements, enhance UI usability, and analyze impact of business needs on architecture. The role involves design reviews, QA, and supporting solutioning, estimating, and pricing for proposals across various client opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years with Amazon Connect and AWS Lambda, plus 1+ year in a major contact center platform.

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years experience working with Amazon Connect.
Minimum 2+ years experience working with AWS Lambda Administration.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in one of the predominate contact center platforms (AWS, Genesys, Microsoft, Google, Cisco, etc).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Responsibilities

Define software and hardware requirements to support architectural planning and delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the application’s user interface for optimal usability.
Conduct impact analyses to assess how business requirements affect system architecture.
Participate in design, code, and test reviews to ensure quality and alignment with architectural standards.
Provide architecture quality assurance reviews for proposals and ongoing projects.
Support technology solutioning, estimating, planning, and pricing activities for proposals.
