LearnLux is seeking a remote CPA or Enrolled Agent to lead tax guidance for clients with complex equity compensation, including ISOs, NSOs, and RSUs. You’ll work closely with our CFP team to coordinate tax positions with overall financial planning.

The role focuses on multi-state and high net worth filings, AMT considerations, and advising on exercises, vesting, and sales. You’ll own the tax prep workflow end-to-end and help scale our Tax Pro service.

Qualificações

• Active CPA or Enrolled Agent license is required.
• 4+ years preparing complex individual tax returns with equity compensation.
• Direct experience with high net worth clients.
• Ability to explain complex tax concepts to non-experts.

Responsabilidades

• Review and guide on complex tax returns with equity compensation (ISOs, NSOs, RSUs, AMT).
• Advise on tax implications of equity events (exercises, vesting, sales) and identify planning opportunities.
• Handle multi-state and high net worth filings and coordinate with CFP team.
• Own the tax prep workflow end-to-end from document collection to filing.
• Help build and refine internal Tax Pro processes as the service scales.
• Stay current on tax law changes affecting equity compensation and AMT.
