Job summary

Talnt is seeking a Senior Tax Manager for a fully remote role anywhere in the United States. You will review complex partnership and real estate tax returns, lead multi-entity client groups, and work directly with clients on sophisticated tax planning and technical matters.

CPA required with 8–12 years of public accounting experience. You will mentor tax professionals, handle examinations when needed, and have a clear path toward senior leadership, potentially equity ownership.

Qualifications

• CPA licensed and active.
• 8–12 years of public accounting experience.
• Strong partnership tax experience with real estate tax exposure.
• Experience managing multi-entity client relationships (100+ entities a plus).
• Ability to mentor and develop tax professionals.

Responsibilities

• Review complex partnership, S corp, C corp, trust, and private foundation returns.
• Lead client groups with multiple entities and serve as primary client contact.
• Develop tax planning strategies for sophisticated real estate and partnerships.
• Oversee technical coaching and mentorship of staff.
• Handle examinations and tax controversy matters as needed.
