Levelociti, a national CPA & Advisory firm, seeks experienced Senior Tax Managers and Tax Directors for fully remote roles across the U.S. You will lead complex engagements for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts, and collaborate with firm leadership on advisory services and growth.

Qualifications

• CPA or EA certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's in Taxation or Accounting preferred.
• 7+ years of public accounting tax experience including managing complex engagements.
• Experience leading client relationships and tax teams.
• Experience with Real Estate and/or Construction clients preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex tax engagements for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts.
• Oversee tax planning, compliance, and consulting for a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses.
• Review complex tax returns and provide strategic guidance on planning opportunities.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop staff, seniors, and other tax professionals.
• Manage client relationships and effective communication with partners and leadership.
• Collaborate with partners on client advisory services, business development, and practice growth.
