Levelociti is seeking a Tax Manager to lead a portfolio of small business clients nationwide in a fully remote setting. You will review S‑corp, partnership, and individual returns, provide planning guidance, and mentor junior staff.

The role offers a clear path to Senior Manager and Director, a manageable busy season, and competitive compensation up to $160,000 base plus a $10,000 sign-on and performance bonuses. Benefits include full health coverage and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Active CPA or EA required.
• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• Small business focus with clients under $10M in revenue.
• UltraTax experience strongly preferred.
• Strong client-facing advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage S‑corp, partnership, and individual tax returns for small business clients under $10M.
• Serve as primary client contact for tax planning and compliance decisions.
• Supervise and develop staff and senior associates.
• Identify proactive planning opportunities and communicate them clearly to clients and partners.
• Collaborate with Partners on client strategy and firm growth.
• Contribute to firm culture and technology adoption.
