Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive tax experience with QA/leadership responsibilities.
• Experience with ASC 740 tax accounting, tax compliance, and planning.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality of tax assignments and supporting documentation for tax returns and provisions.
• Lead QA reviews for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Identify tax risks and provide mitigation strategies for transactions.
• Provide guidance and training to junior tax staff.
• Develop and maintain internal tax procedures and controls.
• Conduct tax research on special projects and recent legislation.
• Advise on tax implications of proposed transactions.
