Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality of tax assignments across a wide range of matters.
• Review tax provisions, returns and supporting documentation.
• Lead QA reviews of tax work for significant transactions.
• Identify tax risks and provide guidance to junior staff.
• Support development of internal tax procedures and controls.
• Perform tax research on special projects and proposed legislation.
• Advise on tax implications of transactions and activities.
