Job summary

Benedictine Health System is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to bolster our staffing across the Twin Cities Support Center. This full-time, dayshift role sources candidates, screens, and partners with HR and leadership to maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Required are an Associate's Degree and 3+ years in recruiting, with seniorcare exposure preferred. Travel to Benedictine communities will be necessary, and knowledge of ATS is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and/or three years in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting.
• Experience in fast-paced recruitment and onboarding.
• Experience working in seniorcare.
• Ability to travel to Benedictine communities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a talent pool to support Benedictine hiring needs.
• Coordinate regional recruitment: sourcing, postings, fairs, and job boards.
• Understand each Benedictine community's culture to find suitable talent.
• Create engaging job postings in ATS and manage recruitment communications.
• Promote Benedictine Mission and Core Values in day-to-day activities.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
