Mission Pet Health is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (DVM) to drive candidate pipelines across 950+ animal hospitals. You will source, interview, and build talent for critical DVM roles, collaborating with Regional Medical Directors to grow sourcing capabilities.

Remote role with ownership of full-cycle recruiting and strategic sourcing. Experience in Veterinary Medicine or Healthcare is preferred, with strong Boolean/LinkedIn search skills and Avature experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• 3+ years of actively sourcing passive candidates.
• Proficiency with Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (Avature preferred).
• Remote work; recruiting experience in Veterinary Medicine or Healthcare preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop sourcing strategies to attract passive DVM talent.
• Build and manage talent pipelines with veterinary professionals.
• Post jobs, screen resumes, source candidates, and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Handle onboarding, reporting, and ATS integrity.
• Represent Mission Pet Health at job fairs and recruiting events.
