DoorLoop, a high-growth PropTech SaaS company, seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Lead to shape our leadership team from a fully remote US-East-based role. You will own the full-cycle recruiting process for GTM executives, partner with executives, and drive AI-powered sourcing to attract top VP- and C-level talent.

You will optimize DEI initiatives, build scalable recruitment processes, and ensure a smooth candidate experience across a distributed team.

Formación

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including startup environments.
• Proven track record recruiting senior GTM leadership (VP/C-level) across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Revenue Ops.
• Deep expertise hiring across the GTM org: AEs, SDRs, sales leaders, marketers, and CS.
• Hands-on use of modern AI and digital tools for sourcing, screening, outreach, and engagement.
• Excellent stakeholder management with ability to influence executive leadership.
• Data-driven mindset with comfort using ATS and HR analytics to inform decisions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, bias for action and results.
• Authorization to work in the USA and ability to work EST hours.

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for diverse roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Leverage AI sourcing tools to identify and engage high-quality, passive candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand needs and forecast gaps.
• Develop and refine recruiting processes for a fully remote, distributed team.
• Craft compelling job descriptions and employer branding materials.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates ensuring a high-quality experience.
• Use data-driven insights to improve hiring strategies and outcomes.
• Champion DEI initiatives in recruitment.
