Springline Advisory, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Senior to own full-cycle recruiting across our U.S. firm locations, focusing on Tax, Audit, CAS, and specialty practice roles.

You’ll proactively identify and engage top talent, partnering with firm leaders to provide market insights. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in public accounting or advisory recruiting, strong sourcing, and proven ability to manage passive candidates and build relationships with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in accounting, advisory, or professional services
• Experience recruiting Tax, Audit, and Client Accounting Services
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and sourcing tools
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with leadership and hiring managers
• Strategic mindset for scalable recruiting in a fast-growing environment

Responsibilities

• Proactive pipeline management across U.S. firm locations
• Full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer for varied roles
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding
• Promote the firm’s employer brand as a top employer in the industry
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand roles and pipeline requirements
• Work with Head of TA to enhance TA practices and scalable processes
