Job summary

Andromeda Cluster is seeking a Member of the Technical Staff, Systems to design and build high-performance distributed systems spanning storage, networking, virtualization, and container runtimes. The role emphasizes deep Linux fundamentals and production-grade Rust, C, or Go expertise in a North America remote setup.

You will participate in on-call rotations and contribute to a scalable compute liquidity platform serving 80+ customers across many providers.

Qualifications

• Deep impactful technical work with measurable results.
• Experience building high-performance distributed systems at scale.
• Strong low-level Linux foundations: kernel, drivers, filesystems, containers, PCIe.
• Experience with performance engineering.
• Production experience in Rust, C, or Go.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations and respond to production incidents.
• Nice-to-have: QEMU/KVM, eBPF, RDMA, BIOS/UEFI internals.
