Job summary

Anemoi Predictive Technology LLC. is seeking a Senior Systematic Trader to own live strategy supervision, exposure limits, and post-trade review for U.S. equities.

This remote Chicago-based position requires coordinating Central Time across cash equities, derivatives, and global schedules with a small team of specialists. You will oversee live equity exposure, execution quality, escalation, and incident response, while collaborating on production experiments and ensuring rigorous documentation

Qualifications

• Seven or more years in systematic trading or electronic markets.
• Direct experience with U.S.-equity execution and market structure.
• Calm, documented decision-making under live-market pressure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor strategies, exposures, limits, and execution quality.
• Investigate slippage, drift, and unusual market behavior.
• Define escalation and controlled-shutdown procedures.
• Work with research on production experiments and post-trade review.
• Own live equity exposure, execution quality, escalation, and post-trade review during Central Time coordination across cash equities, listed derivatives, and both coastal schedules.
